Her passion lies in connecting the human capital within an organisation to the organisations business strategy, to ensure a thriving company culture and business success. Melody holds an Honours in Psychology, and has further studies in Business Management and Human Resource Management. Melody sits on our Executive team as the Human Resources Executive, responsible for all Human Resource related matters.
