With over 26 years’ of working in the Pharmaceutical industry, with experience in Sales, Marketing and Training roles, Cicelia heads up our commercial team as Commercial Executive.

She is involved in strategic planning, implementation of new product launches, market segmentation, key account management and advises and supports on all aspects of the sales and marketing at Umsebe. Her experience lies in a wide range of portfolios, such as antibiotics, cardiovascular, analgesics, gastro intestinal, anaesthetics, contraception and hormone replacement therapy products. She is also proficient in training representatives in numerous portfolios. During her career as a Marketing and Sales Manager, Cicelia has assisted companies in gaining success in various portfolios in the OTC, Generics and Originator arenas. She prides herself in playing pivotal roles in young companies, by providing services in strategic and advisory capacity, towards implementing strategies for growth and success.
